Melody Cheang

Founder

As a mother of two, I have accompanied my children through every stage of growth since birth. Through everyday learning and family interactions, I have gradually explored the rhythm, methods, and patience required in family education. This experience has strengthened my belief that the essence of education is to see and support each child at their own pace. I hold master’s degrees in education and business administration, and have completed a post-baccalaureate program in early childhood education. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked extensively in media and digital marketing, and I also have eight years of university teaching experience. I previously taught at the Faculty of Social Communication at the University of Saint Joseph and currently serve as a part-time lecturer at City University of Macau and Macao University of Tourism, teaching more than ten courses. My experience across industry and academia has shown me the value of technology and data in real teaching environments: they can amplify teaching effectiveness and meaningfully reduce teachers’ workload. With this belief, I founded Panda.mo to bring artificial intelligence and innovative technology into primary, secondary, and early childhood classrooms in Macao. We provide one-stop teaching and learning solutions that help teachers prepare and assess more efficiently, help students become more engaged and gain a stronger sense of achievement, and make learning outcomes in every lesson visible and clearly communicable. This is my commitment, as both a mother and an educator, to every child, every teacher, and every school.

    Jack graduated from the University of Ottawa in Canada with a major in software engineering, and founded Explorator Labs locally. With eight years of software development experience, he has long focused on software engineering and innovative technologies, building extensive experience in R&D practice and product implementation. He has solid expertise in technology development, innovation applications, and solution design.

    Kasia Wong — Marketing Manager

    Kasia is a young entrepreneur with both creative expression and business thinking, with a long-standing focus on brand communication, content operations, and user growth.

    In her entrepreneurial practice, she founded Guangzhou Yihao Horticulture Co., Ltd. and Hainan Yizhihao Plant Technology Co., Ltd., leading brand positioning, content development, and multi-platform growth from zero to one. Through this process, she developed a comprehensive understanding of brand building and commercial conversion.

    She believes that the value of education lies in making every moment of inspiration truly happen. She also believes that the meaning of technology is not only to improve efficiency, but also to help more learners gain the possibility of continuous growth.

    Operations Director of Seer Sports; Co-founder of Mtpro Fitness

    Kenny is a youth development consultant for the Macau Basketball Association. He has worked in basketball and fitness for nearly ten years, and has also served as a coach for the Macau Women’s General Association Sports Association and the União Geral das Associações dos Moradores de Macau basketball team.

    He holds an IFBB fitness coach certificate, a FIBA Level 1 basketball coach certificate, and a USAB basketball coach certificate.

    His specialties include sports performance enhancement, basketball fitness, technical training, and core training. From a health perspective, he helps improve strength, muscle mass, cardiopulmonary function, and neuromuscular coordination, helping the body reach its ideal state and improving quality of life.

    In September 2024, he served as a training instructor for the professional development activity “Team-Building Activity Experience — Sports Edition,” organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau.

    Since founding Ka Ka Carnival Handmade Studio in 2010, Angela has been committed to promoting creative handicrafts and has accumulated rich professional experience. She actively participates in various craft markets, including the Tap Seac Craft Market, Eslite Bookstore in Hong Kong, and the Macau Fuhong Society, and has collaborated with multiple organizations to hold adult and parent-child workshops, with a particular focus on promoting wool felt handicrafts.

    Angela believes that wool felt is not only a creative medium, but also a form of emotional expression. Through the handmade process, learners can train focus and patience, release emotions through creation, and unlock creativity. Therefore, our handmade activities are known as healing-style handicrafts, combining fun and therapeutic qualities to make Social and Emotional Learning easier and more effective. We believe this unique handmade experience helps learners improve social-emotional skills, promote emotional communication, and build positive interpersonal relationships in an enjoyable atmosphere.
