Our early childhood physical fitness courses use play-based movement as the core approach. The curriculum combines gross motor development, balance and coordination, attention and reaction training, and teamwork activities, helping children improve body control, interest in movement, rule awareness, and self-confidence in a safe and enjoyable environment.
The courses can be designed according to the developmental needs of kindergarten and lower-primary students, and can also be implemented together with school-based curricula, themed activities, and teacher training.
