To help students step beyond the classroom and broaden their horizons, the 369 company visit and sharing session was successfully held recently, offering students a valuable learning experience that combined theory, practice, and exchange. As both a teacher and a brand founder, Melody has always valued inspirational learning. Through different forms of on-site exchange and experiential learning, she hopes to guide students into the real business world, extending learning beyond the classroom into broader contexts and enhancing their perspectives and ways of thinking.
The event invited Otto, an experienced angel investor with 12 years of experience in government auditing and project operations, and Oven, a talented Winter Olympics animation creator, to serve as guest speakers. They delivered a rich and inspiring sharing session for students. During the session, the two guests discussed topics including the value of brands as important intangible assets, how to enhance brand value, how to evaluate brand value, and how to strengthen customer loyalty. Drawing on their practical experience and real cases, they explained the core ideas and practical applications behind brand management in an accessible way.
The sharing by Otto and Oven not only helped students gain a more concrete understanding of the importance of brand building, but also enabled them to understand how brands build long-term influence in a competitive market through market positioning, value creation, creative expression, and customer connection. Through close interaction with industry professionals, students gained inspiration from real experience and further reflected on the relationship among creativity, business, and future development.
We hope that through this type of company visit and exchange activity, students will move beyond textbook knowledge and enter real settings, engage with industries, understand the market, and build more multidimensional learning experiences. In doing so, they can develop stronger observation and thinking skills. We will continue using more diverse approaches to connect students with different industries and outstanding talents, allowing learning to move beyond the classroom and growth to happen in the real world.
